I find that most people consume prepackaged food when climbing or exercising is prepackaged and not fulfilling. The ideal food should portable, full of energy and nutrients, compact, and hopefully precooked.

I think this recipe I just discovered fits the above criteria, and I'll definitely be making up a batch next time I go. Home-made powerbars, full of muesli and nuts, I'd rethink adding the coffee, it's fine without.

What do you think of this recipe? Any ideas for good food while your climbing/exercising? Add it in the discussion thread.

I know some people really like these sorts of things, so maybe someone will be interested. I've never really been a fan of muesli bars nor any sort of power bar....but that's just me.
