Lost something in Yileen Canyon?
«
on:

Hello fellow canyoners,
Was out at Yileen Canyon today, one of my favourites. If anyone is wondering, the water level is good and safe at this point in time (despite all the rain).
I'm feeling honest and charitable - wanted to post that I found a reasonably valuable item dropped on the walk into Yileen, and it looks like it's only been there a few days. If you can identify it and thus claim it, please
don't post what it is here
but just comment that you want to make further contact...
Cheers - Tim

Shame Wollangambe doesn't flow into Yileen.
All this lost stuff makes me wonder if anyone ever found my head mounted camera in the upper Empress Canyon section, or my digital watch just below the exit point for Claustral canyon....

Yeah sorry rwaski, it was not a pack out at Yileen. Whoever dropped the item I found will be peeved...
Hey Aegist, how does one get a share of that massive karma you have.

Karma Shmarma - just stupid not paying attention-ness.
At least when I dropped my Camera I realised it fast enough and went back to get it (I love my camera!). The two guys showing up with goggles was pretty convenient, I must say.

Actually I meant the karma under your name, +6294 at the moment...
Talking about not paying attention-ness, I've lost count of the number of gloves I've left in canyons...
I seem to be good at leaving them on a rock or hanging on a branch.

Oh! haha. Of course. I'm admin, and when I was setting up the forums I noticed that it let me actually type in my own karma... *shrugs* so I typed in a random number and forgot about it.
