With the opening of the Perrys Lookdown track, I went down into Blue Gum today. The forest looks lovely down there, the section near the river doesn't look like it was burned, and higher up, is re-generating nicely.

Hey, are you living up in the Mountain now, or still down near Sydney?

I was just looking at that Blue Gum Forest just the other day...(on my maps. Trying to find a walk I could go on with a friend)

Ahh, too easy then. I'm still living down near the Uni (my fiance is still studying) so it's still a bit of a hike each way to get out there. Nonetheless, up and back at least once a week at the moment...
